What we collect
Account information you provide (name, email, company details), content you create in the product (contacts, templates, notes, marketing materials, generated emails), and standard usage data (feature usage counts, timestamps) needed to run quotas and analytics.
How we use it
To operate the product: generating emails and document analyses you request, sending emails you explicitly ask us to send, enforcing plan limits, and improving reliability. We do not sell your data.
AI processing
When you use AI features (email generation, document analysis), the text you submit — including extracted text from documents you upload for analysis — is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) over an encrypted connection to produce the result. Purely client-side tools (the SmartOps PDF utilities) process files in your browser; those files are not uploaded.
Storage & security
Data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database (Supabase) with per-user row-level security, encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication is handled by Clerk. Uploaded files live in access-controlled storage buckets scoped to your account.
Third parties we rely on
Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database & storage), OpenAI (AI generation), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting). Each receives only what is necessary to perform its function.
Your choices
You can update or delete content you created at any time from within the product. To delete your account and associated data, contact us and we will process the request.
