Intellibase is an AI sales workspace: email generation, document analysis, document utilities, and related workflow tools. Features and limits depend on your plan as shown on the pricing page.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the content you create or upload. Use a work account where appropriate; keep your password safe.

Don't use the service to send spam or unlawful communications, to violate others' rights, to attempt to breach or overload the service, or to process data you have no right to process. Email sending must comply with applicable anti-spam laws in your market.

AI-generated content can be imperfect. Review drafts and analyses before relying on or sending them. You are responsible for the communications you send.

Paid plans are billed via Stripe, monthly or annually. You can downgrade or cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice.

Your content remains yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in the product or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
